GEMS ELD Products - Order Form
GEMS takes checks or money orders for ELD product orders. Please email or fax us with your order (a form is provided in excel). Include the items, quantities ordered, and zip code where it will be sent. We will then give you the total cost with the shipping charges. Mail your order to GEMS along with your check. (Please do not mail your check until we give you the total cost including shipping charges.) Tax is charged for California orders only.
All items are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise.
